Videoconferencing

eMAP’s videoconferencing services, ideal for meetings, interviews, and thesis defenses, allow you to connect face-to-face with people worldwide while avoiding the expenses of travel. Using videoconferencing, you can share Powerpoint presentations, video, audio, and print documents. We can also record the videoconference. Our technical support staff will ensure that your videoconference goes well.

eMAP provides technical support for videoconferences held across the campus and we also have dedicated videoconferencing facilities in the Education building. We can accommodate up to 60 participants in a studio/classroom setting and up to 10 people in our videoconferencing meeting room. Options include:

• Connection to multiple other locations.
• Recording of your session.
• Smart board, laptop, and document camera for showing visuals to the remote party.
